SENDING PHOTOS  

Customers may email shop@everyrose.co.uk  with their choice of photos and/or queries before orders are placed

PHOTO GUIDANCE  

•         One photo per glass – additional photos can be engraved. For drinkware, you can purchase the additional photo listing within each product listing in the shop, they are charged at £5 per photo.  

o   Please contact us for other items (decanters/vases)  

•         Original colour photos are best.

•         If you do not want the whole photo engraved, you can remove the background before submitting, alternatively, you can purchase the edit addon for background removal and other editing work (£5 per photo, the listing can be found in the shop)

•         Personalisation (text)  

o   Wording can be engraved additionally free of charge with a photo, we will use our discretion on the placement unless instructed otherwise, the standard font is Freestyle script.

•         The photo(s) need to be free from filters, self-editing, collages, and emojis, and must not contain text (as text can be added separately)

•         We cannot provide previews/proofs/mock-ups there is no viewable stage from photo to us engraving, there are lots of examples of our work across the shop to view. We can send photos before dispatch on request.

•         High-quality photos will always have the best results however, we can engrave most photos, however, you must manage your expectations as a low-quality photo will have a lower-quality result.

•         The photos which are featured on the listing are examples of our engraving and are not an exact representation of how your order will turn out, every photo has a different outcome.

•         Dark/ Black areas will be lightly engraved in most cases especially if there is no definition/ detail to pull out, some engraving will appear light and will be best viewed from an angle.

o   if you are in doubt, you can send the photo beforehand so that we can let you know how suitable your image will be.

o   However, if the photo features only one animal that is all black and there is good lighting, we can usually get a good result from this.  

o   Busy photos, group photos especially on small glassware may have less detail.

•         When choosing your photo look at the lighting make sure parts aren’t too bright/ dark shadows, especially on faces, and that the photo is focused on the areas/ subjects.

•         Manage your expectations, photo quality is very much key, make sure you have thought about the shape of the photo on your chosen glass, for example, a gin glass is suited to a wider photo, a highball a long/portrait. Most glass only has a certain area that can be engraved so think of height limits when choosing the image.                   

GIFT WRAP AND PACKAGING

•         We do not offer gift packing or boxing unless stated otherwise.

•         Glassware is wrapped in tissue paper and is then packaged for transit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

•         Glassware (drink/dinnerware) is dishwasher safe.

•         Cappuccino, mug, latte, and espresso glasses are all microwave safe.

•         Cappuccino, mug, latte, Irish coffee, and espresso glasses are all hot liquid safe.

•         Engraving may fade or disappear when damp or touched by warm hands, but it is permanent.

•         To restore the original quality, please wash the item with degreasing soap, then dry the glass completely. Alternatively, items can be placed in a dishwasher cycle

•         It is best to avoid using abrasive substances on the engraving.
